A woven cotton fabric that is, as the name suggests, brushed to create a soft, napped texture. It's a really dark teal colour, so lovely.
97% cotton, 3% spandex.

Measurements are taken across the garment while lying flat. Waistband measurements are taken while the garment is unstretched. There is stretch in the fabric and also in the elasticised band at the back.
